Home Awards & Recognitions Calendar of Events Questions & Answers Grants Board Committees Board By-Laws Staff	Jefferson County Workforce Investment Area Board Committees 2007-2008 Executive Committee The Executive Committee is comprised of the Chairs of the other JCWIA Board committees.  The Executive Committee is empowered to vote on and make recommendations for actions regarding WIA activities during months in which there is no full board meeting and to inform others as directed by the full WIA Board.  Under JCWIA Board By-Laws, Article VI, section 1 the Executive Committee shall consist of the officers of the “Board”, the immediate past – chair, and the chairs of the standing committees of the “Board”.
